Contact form submissions. The request form on this site is provided by a third-party lead processing service. When you submit it, the information you enter, typically your name, phone number, address, and a description of your need, is transmitted to that service and routed to our dispatch desk so we can respond. We use it for that purpose and for no other marketing unless you ask us to.

Analytics data. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful: page views, approximate location at city level, device type, and similar aggregate signals. GA4 does not receive your form entries, and we do not attempt to identify individuals through it.

Calls and emails. If you call or email, we keep the details you share so the crew arriving at your door knows the situation. Call records, if any, are limited to what our phone provider retains.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
